Prachtig huis met ruimte en een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco in iedere kamer. Heerlijke bedden. Schoon zwembad. Veel zithoeken buiten.

Bij dit huis heb je wel een auto nodig voor grote supermarkt of restaurantjes.

"Tolle Villa, in der man sich sehr gut aufhalten kann"

Riesiges Haus, welches über zwei Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und zwei Apartments im ersten Obergeschoss verfügt.

Ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss hat keinen Zugang zum Balkon, sondern nur ein Fenster. Die Fenster sollen immer geschlossen gehalten werden, damit keine Insekten hereinkommen. Um in den nächsten Ort fahren zu können, braucht man ein Auto.

"A wonderful relaxing stay, great property, very clean and well equipped, would happily return"

The property was very spacious and clean and was extremely well equipped in the kitchen with pots/pans, crockery and cutlery, including some lovely cocktail glasses. We also had washing up facilities, hand soap, toilet roll and some much appreciated bottles of water. The owner was extremely helpful when the battery failed on the entrance door and responded immediately to our call for help to gain access late at night. We had a wonderful relaxing stay within the very quiet area of Cala Pi and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet break away.

"Spacious villa with lovely pool"

A beautiful villa with plenty of space for 8 guests, plus a lovely pool. Property is well maintained overall and the issues we encountered in the first couple of days (power cut and some worrisome cleaning / health and safety issues) we dealt with promptly and professionally by lovely local maintenance and cleaning staff. Managed to have a relaxing holiday after first few days.

Villa is about 25 minute walk to local facilities (a handful of cafes and restaurants in a small resort), so difficult for elderly and young children when weather is particularly hot. Everything else was great - enjoyed our stay.
