Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

The location was good to see the northern lights. You can just walk on the lake and there's no light pollution. The jacuzzi and sauna were great, though the sauna is for only 2 people at a time.

The beds were the cheapest possible made. Some had broken parts, or the feet would come off. The mattress of at least one had huge stains. Disgusting. The owners are kind of slow to answer, we're still waiting for a reply a month after visiting. Last but not least one of the bedrooms doesn't have a door and the roof is slanted, mostly good for kids if they can sleep with an open door.

This place was an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, it provided the perfect escape from the crowds while still being conveniently close to nearby attractions—though having a car is necessary. The property itself was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to unwind, and it was equipped with all the modern comforts one could ask for. One of the highlights was the superb outdoor sauna and jacuzzi. We were lucky enough to witness the Aurora Borealis in all its glory. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat with luxurious amenities and stunning natural beauty, this is the perfect spot!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The host was incredibly responsive, always available to address any questions or concerns we had promptly and efficiently. The cottage was well-equipped with a variety of activities for children, ensuring they were entertained throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, the host was communicative and helpful, providing detailed information and recommendations. We appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail, making our holiday enjoyable and stress-free. We highly recommend this cottage for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway.

While our stay at the cottage was enjoyable, we felt that having a welcome book with FAQs would have been beneficial. This guide could include helpful hints on how to use various fixtures and fittings, such as the air conditioning and cooker, which would have allowed us to operate them with ease. By providing such a resource, future guests could find answers to common questions without needing to contact the host frequently. This small addition would enhance the overall experience and make the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. This is not a major issue - everything was very self-explanatory and easy to use!

- Nice location - Good communication with owner - Big kitchen - Ideal for large groups or bigger families - Sauna outside near lake,even though we didnt use it

- Misleading information about bathrooms - there were 9 of us and inside of vila there were 2 toilets but only one shower, so for our large group it was quite hard to manage - Further from city, but we knew this and thats why we book this, since we wanted to be far from the city smog

Nothing, but it would be useful to have a guide to how to work the jacuzzi/appliances etc and note on what is in the area.
