Privaatne asukoht tänu kõrgele hekile maja ümber. Sobiv arv tube, kõik külalised mahtusid hästi ära. Maja kenasti puhas. Ühine suur tuba oli mugav. Saun oli hea. Piisav arv WC ruume. Piisavalt nõusid köögikapis. Mõnus suur rõdu. Ujuma mineku koht oli jalutamise kaugusel. Suhteliselt lähedal SPA hotellile. Hea suur külmkapp, et kaasa võetud toidud mahtusid hästi ära. Sellise pereürituse jaoks väga hea koht. Maja huvitava projektiga.

Voodiriided võiksid olla hinna sees- seda ei pannud broneerimisega tähele, sest tavaliselt on need olemas. Samuti pidi patju ja tekke mööda kappe otsima. Õues oli näha, et ammu pole maja ümbrust korrastatud- nõgesed kadakate sees, hekis kollaseid oksi. Alumisel korrusel paljud ribikardinad katki. Samuti osad kõrgel ülemisel korrusel olevad- pähe kukkumise oht. Päikesega kuumeneb maja üle, nagu kasvuhoone. Koera eest 50eur kõrge hind. Alumise toa välisukse sulgurmehhanism katki. Tuulutusakende sulgurid paljudes tubades katki. Tulles nõudepesumasina uks kinni ja sisemus haises jubedalt, sai enne kasutamist seda ise pestud. Pliidi kohal ventilatsioon kasutuskõlbmatu. Maja vajaks tehnilise poole pealt hoolitsevat kätt. Bookingus liialt palju pilte, mis jätab mulje, et maja rannas, kuid tegelikult mitte.

This is a spacious two floors house, with three bathrooms (1 in the sauna, 1 toilet and 1 en-suite). Three bedrooms located downstairs and 1 upstairs. Additional beds are in the “attic” accessible through stairs. Good location.

Despite modern appliances in the kitchen, the house needs some work. Blinds downstairs and upstairs are broken, kitchen lamps also need fixing as they are just hanging from ceiling. The outdoors Patio needed a good cleaning. The mattresses need replacing. We stayed at the Villa in very hot days. The glass window faces South. So strong sun would hit almost all day directly at the social areas and the front room. When we arrived the place was a complete sauna. The next morning, after AC being on all night, it was better but then the whole place would heat up again throughout the day.

Everything was nice but only complain is about the inside temperature was over 50°C when we reached. Mosquito nets needed in windows. Air condition could have been started prior our reach. Thank you.

The house was big and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.

There were closets in only some of the rooms to store clothes and the hallway only had hooks on the wall. So with 5 children, not exactly a working solution with outdoor clothes etc. Terrace door upstairs did not close properly and since it was cold outside the cold was really blowing in through the opening in the door.

Needs maintenance (under some maintenance). WIFI was not there.
