The villa was lovely, lots of facilities in a beautiful location. Pool was nice my grandson loved it couldn't get him out of it even though was very cold didn't seem to bother him.

The fact had to get across the other side of the resort to pick up the keys. Was ok on the way back dropped on way back to airport but collection was so late had hours in resort then had to get across to San Jaimie to collect keys. It was a nightmare, in the end we moved the pickup day of the car so could drive across. Would of been nice if on arrival didn't have to start making beds but as linen was just a drop off by another company couldn't be helped. The Hill back form the beach very steep.
