Großes Haus mit 5 SZ und 3 Badezimmern. Gut geeignet für eine große Familie oder 3 Paare. Der Pool war recht groß und daher zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Eingangshalle war sehr imposant.

Die Küchenausstattung war für die Größe des Hauses nicht ausgelegt. Der große Backofen war defekt und durch einen kleinen externen Backofen ersetzt. Zum Brötchen aufbacken genügte es. Für die Größe des Hauses nicht angemessen. Die Bratpfanne ist eine Katastrophe und nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Raum in dem die Kühlschränke stehen war, im Gegensatz zum übrigen Haus, sehr dreckig. Der Boden des Pools hätte vielleicht eine Reinigung vertragen können. Die Tischtennisplatte sowie die Schläger hatten schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.
