Air conditioning was poor

The owner was easy to contact and the lady that met us with the keys was lovely. The apartment was a great size for our family of five and was very clean. There is a super market across the road and the beach is a ten minute walk down hill with a walk back up the hill (fine for us but not suitable if you have mobility issues, although you could get a taxi back up) lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the bus station is a five minute walk away with a taxi rank opposite. Lovely coffee shop across the road too! Bottle of wine left for arrival - very kind thank you. Pool and garden area was lovely and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. Pool guy came to clean it during our stay.

The property has a lot of potential but needs some repair work Loungers - some are damaged Balcony furniture - damaged and very minimal, not enough furniture for the size of the property. One balcony had no furniture so we didn't use it. Rusty bin and hand rail in one of the bathrooms Clothes drying rack is damaged and does not stay up - so not of any use Not enough kitchen utensils - very limited and minimal. No dishwasher tablets/ washing powder. No plug in the bath Shower ran out of hot water often so Christmas eve two of us had to have cold showers and couldn't wash our hair (not good considering the cost to rent the place for the week) Shower drain was blocked so the tray filled quite fast Pool was cold - it was heated but not warm at all Be careful as the tiles outside are extremely slippery when wet - my daughter slipped and cut her knee and elbow Very noisy compared to what we are used to - by a main road and bars across have music on (not too bad but very loud when it is a live singer) Bed not very comfortable and pillows rock hard. We had a lovely week but do feel that the price was too high for what we got with the lack of hot water and cold pool, uncomfortable beds/pillows.

Worn-out mattresses on both double beds should be replaced! Impossible to take a bath because of missing drain-plug Terraces/swimming pool are located along a very busy street and over a bar with a lot of sound Terrace enclosure should be replaced; pedestrians can see through when you're in or around the swimming pool I forgot some important stuff in the locker, was 100% sure it was there, informed the contact person before the cleaning people arrived, but according to him nothing was found...

Lovely location, fully equipped. Heated pool a plus. Close to shops, mall, bars and restaurants. Close (max 15 min drive) to the beaches. Highly recommended.

The whole villa was fabulous and very comfortable the outdoor area was a big bonus with our own personal pool and sunbeds

Very clean and modern, this is the second time we’ve been to this Villa. With its own pool makes a lot of difference. Great location as well, everything at your fingertips. You have everything you need home from home.

The only thing I would say is ( you need a second pair of keys) it was difficult as we went with another 2 couples and only had one set of keys. Plus a few more hangers in the wardrobes would be great. Other than that nothing major at all.

Location facilities everything was perfect

Very clean and tidy modern villa - better than the pictures show. Great air conditioning in all the rooms and a fantastic pool that was spotlessly clean - and maintained twice during our stay. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, 2 with showers, one with bath and shower. There are balconies and a roof terrace but the furniture is limited so we spent most of our time on the ground-floor terrace Villa is directly opposite the Pasarella Shopping Centre which has quite a large Dialprix supermarket and bars/restaurants/cafes. On the top floor of the shopping centre houses the La Pepa Foodmarket which has some great food and drink. The Villa is around 15 minutes walk downhill from the centre of Los Cristianos - it's quite a steep walk back but taxis are available and cost less than 5 euros if you don't want to walk Parking is pretty easy, there are a lot of spaces to the front of the villa, they do fill up quite quickly but we didn't have any issues finding a space. It's around 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Would be helpful to have some cleaning equipment.
