Villa Adelina

Una villa con una ubicación extraordinaria, muy relajante y con el ruido del mar constantemente de fondo. La piscina enorme y los colchones muy cómodos. El trato del personal, en especial Mónica y Ana, ha sido muy bueno y siempre pendientes a que estemos a gusto. Punta Mujeres es un paraíso para desconectar y está repleto de accesos al mar para el baño y de piscinas naturales. Sin lugar a duda recomiendo la villa, la ubicación y a We Love Tourism Lanzarote como empresa, ha sido todo un acierto.

La vivienda está perfecta, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Ubicada en punta mujeres, una zona de la isla que a mí personalmente me encanta, alejada del turismo masivo, muy tranquila y familiar y muy bonita, con piscinas naturales al lado y cerca de la playa de Arrieta. La atención por parte del personal es excepcional, rápida y efectiva. Hay aparcamiento en la misma puerta de la vivienda de sobra.

Tuvimos un percance (que no es necesario contar) que por motivos ajenos a la propiedad no se pudo subsanar lo rápido que tendría que haber sido, pero en todo momento se buscó una solución por parte de la propiedad y respondieron de una forma muy positiva y todos quedamos conformes.

Location was perfect, we could park right outside and was close to a couple of restaurants and shops. Swimming pool was lovely. Outside space was perfect for playing cards in the evening

We had a nice stay because we spent almost all time outside, but if we want to enjoy the house more we would be much more disappointed. The location of the house is perfect, right in front of the sea. Outside area with the pool is really nice. It looks exactly like in the photos.

Outdoor area is nice, but the pool needs something to be covered by because after 3-4 days it gets dirty. Everything (leaves, barbecue ash, bugs, flies...)falls down into the pool. Also the water was cold and covering at night would help. Cleaning must be definitely improved! They may ask extra money for pool room cleaning but we felt like nobody was cleaning this room for a very long time. I have never seen so many spider webs, dust and dirt especially in the corners. I have even found thick woolen socks (and we were there in summer)under the wardrobe- so let me guess how long it hasn´t been cleaned properly... The same in the main areas. Even the master bedroom wasnt cleaned properly. And master bathroom stinks like the public toilet- we kept the door closed and didnt use the bathroom at all. Towels need to be changed- As a guest I have never seen so worn towels with spots and almost holes. I would feel ashamed to offer these to my guests. Fortunately we found some more towels in the wardrobe so we used these but those which were prepared for us were in terrible condition. Nobody has checked if the dishes after previous clients are clean- and they weren´t which was really disgusting. Overall I consider it like bad management because there is definety a cleaning lady but I guess that nobody cares how she does her job. Ants are a huge problem. I understand they are part of the nature but in this house they are everywhere- we even found them in our bed. We used 2 sprays to get rid of them every day.We had to store all of the food(even bread) in the fridge, which was the only safe place. Some basic things were absent- dish towel, trash bags, anti-mosquito plugs etc. It would be nice to find these basics an not to run to the shop first to get them first.

Location as we anted to be north of island. The villa has beautiful views of sea and the coast line. The Villa was well equipped for self catering although we did eat out many times in the local restaurants. The Villa was good size of 6 plus guests. The owner and agents were very helpful and offered a warm greeting on arrival.

The pool could do with a cover to keep in heat and stop leaves falling into the pool.
