"Perfect location with all needs covered, would book again!"

Excellent directions were given for ease of access upon arrival. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. We felt safe as in a quiet location yet close to everything so no taxis required. Everything you will need for stay was provided in kitchen, pool area and laundry facilities. Plenty of towels and hot shower inside and outside. For those that don’t swim, you can still relax in heated pool on steps or walk in part of it. Very clean villa, friendly neighbours. Grocery shops close by with delivery options too. We were so relaxed, we even enjoyed nights in too. Would definitely look to book again.

Modern , bright, spacious clean , fabulous upstairs balcony, every convenience, everything we needed was to hand, we loved the outside area, seating and shelter , pool and outside shower , even a line and clothes pegs !!

Unavoidable smell of drains and damp after all the rainfall

"A must stay if visiting Puerto Del Carmen"

Absolutely spotless apartment & pool with everything you could ever want for a great holiday. Location is just 2 mins walk down to the strip, beach & centre of town oposite from Long Beach cocktail bar and maybe 10 mins walk to the harbour area, just perfect! Owner was always on hand & quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely book next time we visit & 100% recommend a stay here to anyone 👌

Pool was a tad cold... but it was the first week of January!

Almost everything

Not didn’t like but maybe a shelf in the shower and a fridge in the car port or where the barbecue is positioned in stead of going up stairs for refreshments

"Home from Home"

Super clean and fully equipped villa. Lovely warm pool with shaded area and outside shower which was lovely and hot. Great upstairs modern living area and kitchen with bedrooms downstairs. Fabulous view from upstairs balcony. Loads of towels provided. Supermarket one minute away great for the heavier items with pizzeria next door and larger Spar 3 mins away with good choice of foods and with bakery. 5 mins to front, very central in PDC and close to everything you will need.

Only the fact that’s it’s booked for the week we want in 2025. But will definitely be back.
