Villa La Casita by Sealand Villas

we love the gardens and the features of the property which is traditional, the clean pool, location of the property.

we would have liked notice as to when the owner turned up to clean the pool, as we never knew when to expect him, although he is lovely and friendly we do like our privacy, perhaps an agreed time for his arrival would be better in the future.

The outside space was amazing. The man who came to do the pool and garden everyday was lovely and didn't disturb us at all.

Beautiful location. Rural feel but within 30 mins walk from centre of resort (only 10 mins on bike, pleasant cycle). Stunning pool area. Very clean. Lovely outdoor seating areas.

Not much! Interior quite dated but added to charm of property. Note comments regarding daily visitors from ? Owner. This was not an issue for us at all - did visit daily to tend to extensive garden but not intrusive at all.

The location of the villa was absolutely amazing. It was very comfortable and fully equipped.

Quiet and remote - Pool was spotless and clean

Toilet was broken on arrival, however owner sorted with 2 - 3 days which was great.

The Villa was really well equipped. It had everything we needed. There are so many little seating areas around the place, it’s brilliant. The pool is AMAZING! A great size for a family of four, really clean and perfect depth. Great location, short drive or walk into Port Pollenca and quick drive to Lidl. Wi-Fi and air con both worked perfectly throughout. Very quiet and stunning views.

I really hate to be negative as we loved the Villa, but we found the owner coming by unannounced everyday a little annoying. We pay for a private Villa for exactly that…privacy..and as he came anytime between 9am and 1pm, you never knew when he was going to come. He wasn’t rude and totally kept himself to himself apart from a hi and bye. Personally however we would have liked a bit more privacy and maybe an agreement each day on time he came so we could ensure we were busy elsewhere. There was no welcome pack and even after complaining and being told it was en route twice, it never arrived. Not the end of the world but those items are really useful and as it was expected, it was slightly annoying.

The villa was just great. Especially for just the 2 of us. Even if we were a larger group I don't think it would have made any difference, it would still have been great. The villa was very clean. All the appliances were all quite new and all worked e.g. dish washer, washing machine etc. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi worked as it should. The pool was fantastic and perfectly clean. The outside dining area was great. The pictures really didn't let the place down. For us the location was perfect. It was far enough away from other villas. It was very private. But it was also close enough to Port de Pollence that we could walk into town (25 mins) and a taxi was only €7. However we took advantage of hiring some town bikes which we used to get everywhere local, including the beaches, bars, restaurants and shops - both during the day and at night. Not sure what else I can say. Both my wife and I agreed that we would go back again. For all the reasons above, one of the best villas we've had in the Pollenca area. It's not a 'luxury' villa, but it was very, very comfortable and in a great location.

To be honest there weren't many negatives. But if I was to be a 'bit' picky.......? We did have a few minor issues with the Air conditioning in the bedroom, not keeping the temperature we'd set. This was spotted by the local agent and was planned to be fixed. We also had 2 power trips, which were easily sorted by just flipping a switch in the fuse box. Also, the bbq looks very nice but wasn't the easiest to manage due to the very heavy grill. Something that I'm sure could be easily fixed with a lighter grill. Finally the 'Pool Boy'. Every day, any time between 8.30 and 11.30, for about an hour our 'Pool Boy' (an old guy who I assumed owned the place) would visit to tidy and clean the pool, but also to attend his extensive vegetable plot, which surrounds the villa. It never really bothered us as we rarely saw him while wondered around his vegetable plot, but some others might think it distracts from their 'privacy'.

Property was spotlessly clean with great facilities. The pool was fabulous
