Beach Villa Can Bauza by Sealand Villas

В холодильнике грязь.На тумбе в гостиной оставили перчатки , наверное после уборки.На кухне много тарелок и чашек, а для готовки 1 сковородка на которой можно было готовить,вторая вся поцарапана и еда пригорала.

Location was great Villa fine and comfortable Staff came immediately to fix the safe, the hairdryer etc great service

No shade in the garden so extra parasol would have been great.

Good use of pool, nice size rooms and good air con in bed rooms, great for families who don’t mind a short walk from beach.

The dog in garden outside 24/7 next door barking all day/some nights too, electricity tripped a lot of times in first few days and took us unplugging things to figure it out not maintenance man. Lots of dust.

We cannot find the place on arrival, so we call the phone number. There was some one to answer our call even in the mid of the night. Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is great, near beach. With a pool in the garden.

We arrived almost mid-night , the property wasn't easy to find, there was no where to find the name of "Beach Villa Can Bauza" from main street, number plate and address were both confusing. Add a sign on the main street will be helpful. No shampoo in the bathroom, and one of the toilet kept making noise when flushing

Location was very close to the shops, bike-hire, restaurants, and sea. It was as advertised apart from the points in What didn't you like. The villa was very clean. The villa was cool and plenty of space for 6 adults on a cycling holiday (out most of the day). There was space for parking on the street.

It was difficult to find the actual villa, confusing that the address on the link was Carrrer de la Xarxa, 10. When you click on the link it takes you to Carrer de la Xarxa 19. There was also a villa on Carrer de la Xarxa with a Villa Can Bauza sign outside (Carrer de la Xarxa, 7) , this confused us. We did find the villa eventually but it was a bit stressful. The toaster tripped the circuit breaker so we could not use the toaster. One of the locks on the patio doors at the rear was faulty and did not always lock. The building work next door, but this only bothered us on the first day as we were up by 8am anyway to go out cycling on all the other days. The mattress in my room (ground floor) , was very soft on one side and firm on the other, it needs replacing or refurbishing. The pool looks alot bigger in the photo than it is.

The villa is fantastic, great location, close to all amenities but also very peaceful. Lovely to listen to the birds singing and cooing every day. Very spacious, comfortable beds 3 bathrooms and everything you needed within the kitchen. Great response from hosts and so accommodating, this is a must, just perfect!
