Glass Ceiling Suite Kipinä

The privacy and proximity to nature of our cottage in the 2nd row, the size of it for two, the jacuzzi, sauna, inside decoration, dedicated parking place, and naturally the beds under the roof, which can be heated in case of snow. We were lucky to see Auroras from the bed!

Our jacuzzi stopped working once, but gladfully, someone came to fix it. The communication with Jasmin was excellent. Some glass panels could not be defrosted due to a known problem, but it wasn't really an issue, as the ones above the bed were functioning properly.

Sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Aussicht zum Wald, nicht zur Strasse. Bequemes Bett oben und Sofa unten.

Ein Glasdach hat nur dann Sinn, wenn das Enteisen für alle Teile funktioniert. Hier war es nicht der Fall: von 8 Fenster waren nur 5 funktionsfähig. Von der Geometrie her ist es auch weniger günstig im Vergleich mit einem Iglu. Daher fand ich den Preis zu hoch, v.a. wenn es mit Nordlichtern beworben wird, die man ev. nicht sieht, wenn zuvor viel Schnee gefallen ist und das Dach nicht enteist werden konnte.

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft und ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine unvergessliche Zeit verbracht.

Leider war die Küche nicht sauber geputzt, es waren zb der Wasserkocher und das Backrohr fettig und verschmutzt. Es wurde pro Person nur ein Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir bitte ein weiteres Handtuch haben könnten (für Sauna, Whirlpool) wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass jedes extra Handtuch € 15 kostet sowie einmalig eine Gebühr von € 50 anfällt.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful suite, and were very lucky to see the aurora just outside! Levi was very cold during our stay, (reaching -39°C!), but the place was lovely and warm and a nice place to retire to after the day's activities. We would gladly come back if we return to Levi in the future, and can highly recommend Jasmin as a responsive and friendly host. ☺️

Facilities of the house, especially bathtub is amazing, freindly and good communication from house owner, and the northern light is just right at the house

2nd floor bedroom, ceiling is a bit low, but all condition together with the house, it is not problem
