Rontos House, seaside

Die Lage ist herrlich , gelegen an einem urbanen Strand mit viel Wind und Wellen ( morgens war das Wasser ganz ruhig, denn der Wind kommt erst am frühen Nachmittag) Das Häuschen ist wunderbar , es hat alles was man braucht, bequeme Betten……vor allem aber einen Garten mit großen Feigenbäumen die auf der hinteren großen Terrasse Schatten spenden . Auf der Veranda vorne hat man das Meer vor sich und einen spektakulären Sonnenuntergang. Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein gutes Restaurant mit Bar und fußläufig am Strand entlang gibt es 2 weitere Restaurants und 3 Cafés und Bars. Die Vermieterin, eine patente und humorvolle Frau empfängt ihre Gäste mit Wein , Wasser frischem Obst und jeder Menge Tips .

The property was very clean and beautiful. The house sits directly across from the Sea and you can sit on the front deck and view the sea. It had a wonderful outside table for dining. The property had all the modern conveniences of a home. There were games to play, books to read, a barbecue outside, dishwasher, washing machine and more. Maria met us at the property at the time we requested and was so nice. She provided us some lovely fruit and water. We enjoyed meeting her. We would definitely rent this property again

Casa este foarte frumoasa, Curtea superba, plaja frumoasa. Proprietara foarte draguta

Nu este asa mare curățenie pe cum zice lumea. Multe lucruri erau murdare, pereții murdari,tantari morți pe pereți, salteaua din dormitorul mare ,daca dădeai lenjeria la o parte era toata pătată cu niște pete galbene, multe lucruri ruginite etc. Nu am avut măcar strictul necesar, un.pic de zahar sau sare. Hârtie igienica 4 in total in toata casa.

The location is perfect and the house has everything you need. We especially liked the outdoor area.

The house is a beautiful one for 2 to 4 people. Its location is great, by the seaside on a nice, though windy beach. The city of Lefkada is less than 3 km away, so this is also an extra advantage for the location. The interior is very nicely decorated, and has everything a visitor may need. One of the house highlights is its back yard in a beautiful garden offering a get-away in nature. Maria, the home owner was very kind, helpful and always available for any question we may had. We had an excellent stay and i would strongly recommend the Rondos seaside house for your holidays!

We loved Rontos House! So comfortable and clean, great amenities, and a close drive to everything, Our host Maria was super sweet too!

Great house, right on the beautiful&wild Agios Ioannis beach. We loved how pretty the house was, how large and comfortable the yard was, the easy access to the beach AND to the city, the proximity (walking distance) to several good taverns/beach bars

Second bathroom is a little small...BUT it exists(which can't be said about a lot of houses, especially in this price range), it has a shower and a window, so you can't complain about it too vigorously

It is a lovely villa, very nice, with a big yard, relaxation areas and a barbeque. It is also very close to the seaside and the beach, literally across the road. There is a beach bar and restaurant nearby. The host, Maria, is very helpful.

Just one minor downside: the road is very close to the bedrooms and one might expect some traffic, especially during the weekend.

The back yard and patio are very pretty, private and peaceful. The patio is spatious and beautiful. The owner/host, Maria, has put a lot of love and effort into creating a wonderful get away home. On the front of the home is a deck with a comfortable, cushioned conversation furniture set looking out to the sea. The sea here is crystal clear with beautiful coloring. The beach is clean and long.

We visited in early April. The businesses along the beach weren't open yet.
