The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y 75 € fuera de ese horario. Las nuevas llaves deberán recogerse en nuestra oficina por parte del huésped. El día de la salida, no debe dejarse basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirar todos los residuos; de lo contrario, se aplicará una tarifa de 150 € por gestión de residuos. El registro de huéspedes es obligatorio por ley en España (Real Decreto 933/2021 del 26 de octubre) y en Grecia (Ley 4446/2016). Cerca de la fecha de llegada, enviaremos un enlace de check-in online para registrar a todos los huéspedes. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
