Refundable damage deposit, 7 days after Check-Out: 1,000 euros for weekly rental, 1,500 euros for monthly rental. 3. Mandatory rates for our holiday villas in Sitges: - Tourist tax: 1 euro for each adult over 16 years of age, per day, during the first seven days. 4. Check-In and Check-Out Schedule: - Check-In: between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Saturday. - Check-Out: at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. 5. Cleaning Costs: - Stays up to one week: 275 euros at the end of the stay. - Two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) 80 euros; final cleaning 275 euros. - Three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 275 euros. - One month: Three intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 350 euros. 6. In low season, from October 15 to April 15: - 1 month stay: Supplement of 800 euros/month to cover the costs of water, electricity and gas according to actual consumption. - Stay of 1 week or less: Heating/electricity/gas supplement of 300 euros/week. 7. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. SPECIAL PRICES PER MONTH IN LOW SEASON: 8. We offer very attractive monthly prices in low season for stays of 1 to 5 months, from November to March. 9. Supplements for late arrival: - Arrival between 8:00 p.m. and midnight: Supplement of 45 euros. - Arrival after midnight: Supplement of 70 euros. 10. - Number of Guests more than 3 years old: Suplement for 7th guest 500 euros/week.
