cesta k ubytování je náročná díky velkému a strmému kopci, ale jinak je ubytování na úžasném, klidném místě! Postele jsou velké a pohodlné, dostatek prostoru pro všechny. Cítili jsme se tam jako doma. Západ slunce nad oceánem byl kouzelným bonusem.

The location is amazing and the house are cute and comfortable.

It was extremely cold, and unfortunately my partner and I ended up getting sick. We would really appreciate having proper bedsheets rather than several blankets.

Beautiful mountain location. Comfortable spaces. The wood burning stove was lovely & essential for keeping the space warm. Up a steep hill with beautiful views from the garden (and one of the rental properties - number 4).

Quite a lack of privacy as there are multiple other rental properties attached. The view from the living room in this one was onto the communal space with the bins so you would often see others from the living room + the owner was there all day, doing works outside. It didn’t feel quite as secluded as the pictures make it out to be. Unfortunately the electricity kept cutting out due to insufficient solar power (probably due to be bad weather!). Also, essentials like oil for cooking was not supplied which wasn’t ideal.

Nice chalet next to the Teide volcano. Amazing views of the sea from a mountain environment. Fully equipped kitchen and plancha for bbq. The house was very clean and optimally furnished. The communication with the owners went well.

The road to reach the property is steep and in some parts not asphalted.

The house looks much nicer than most concrete bunkers on the island. Is very quiet (if the neighbours in the detached house are quiet). It might be comfortable on very warm days and one could even use the outdoor shower and other facilities. If you want a quiet, remote holiday and do not plan to visit much around, it is a good choice. The owner was very helpful.

We were not prepared for the very difficult road access, it came only after checking in. The road is steep and was hard to go up with groceries and luggage in the first day. The ride up is not for the faint hearted or someone car sick. Another thing that made us leave a few days earlier was the water temperature/pressure at the showers. It went between ice cold and boiling hot without much room in between. With 10degrees outside and 14 in the house, was really hard to wash the kids. The heating is an oil burner that smells quite strong and a fireplace, but the fireplace is more for looks as it does not heat up a lot.

The house is beautifully furnished and very cosy, with amazing views.

Some cushions for the outdoor furniture and better lighting to dine outside would have been nice, & perhaps another big frying pan (the outdoor plancha was very hard to light)

La localisation unique, le point de vue, le très beau choix de matériaux et l'esprit de réutilisation et d'intelligence écologique.

L'eau chaude qui alterne entre froid et chaud, on est donc obligé de laisser couler l'eau 3 fois plus pour avoir de l'eau tempérée. Pour laver des enfants ce n'était vraiment pas une partie de plaisir. Le sol du logement ne semblait pas bien lavé. Vu la localisation le logement est assez humide donc c'est compliqué de faire sécher des affaires.

Au calme, à 1000 m d'altitude, il peut juste y avoir des voisins mitoyens à gauche et à droite. C'était propre, la literie était confortable. Machine à laver le linge commune. On a été très souvent au dessus des nuages ou dans le brouillard. Les indications étaient claires pour se rendre au logement. Un GR passe au dessus de la maison ainsi que des sentiers forestiers praticable à pied ou en courant.

Le prix reste très élevé pour la prestation, le logement est isolé, à 20 min en voiture des premiers commerces. Dommage que le prix (180€ pour 4 )de la nuit ne soit pas dégressif quand on reste 15 jours. L'eau chaude à la douche se coupe par moment. Des moustiquaires aux fenêtres pourraient être un plus, car il a fait chaud la nuit et dès qu'on ouvre les moustiques rentrent.
