Villa Zoe

Villa Zoe was dirty and very tatty! I had to strip protective sheeting off beds and wash them as they were stained, pillows also stained and I had to wash them! The villa hadn’t been cleaned and no fresh bedding or towels until 8pm! Unable to use 2 bathrooms due to master bedroom suite had broken glass blocks and was dirty! Second bathroom window was rotten and stunk of wee! Only able to use 2 bedrooms out of the 3 as one bedroom had mould on the bed frame! Curtain pole broke! Damp wall in one bedroom. Pool area had large crack on tiles, flaking paint all around pool area was very grubby and run down!

Pool was nice, location good

The property needs a deep clean. Very dusty and dirty. In need of serious maintenance. One bedroom unusable due to excessive mould on walls and skirting. One bathroom has broken and mould glass blocks in the shower which are dangerous and unsightly.

Location was excellent

The pool, which we had paid for in advance to be heated, was freezing, even after contacting the host the issue was not resolved and the pool remained unusable. We had 2 small children with us and had paid for heating for 4 days. It was really disappointing not to be able to use the pool with the children. I did not receive a refund for the money paid for the heating of the pool. The villa could also have been a bit cleaner, the floors were very dirty on arrival.

Wrong address, not number 2 wrong street and the property is number 1. Took 20 minutes to work it out

The location is perfect. The pool is great with the roman steps and warm too

The single beds were not very comfortable, and the villa could do with a bit of a refurbishment. 2 of the sunbeds were unusable.

location was good & quiet yet within walking distance to beach, restaurants etc. outdoor space was lovely although it would’ve been nice if the pool could’ve been heated more (which we would’ve been happy to pay for). beds were comfy.

tired - some rotten woodwork. Bathroom ceiling was peeling & bits fell off everyday. skirting boards were very dirty & floors were dirty. heating in one room didn’t work & a constant buzzing from the machine which you couldn’t turn off.

Decent space inside and around the villa, had everything you needed to cook and clean, small pool area but was private. Quiet area during the night/day. 5 min walk to the nearest beach and 10 to the main strip of bars/restaurants.

3 single bed mattress were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs pushing into you, they need to be changed. Some people slept on the couch as was more comfortable than the bed. We asked to change them, but they said it wasn't possible at that time.
