Estaba todo muy bien

It was our first time experiencing such poor treatment from staff. Up until check-in, everything was great — we were clearly and easily guided on how and where to collect the keys, the office was nearby, and the whole process was quick and convenient. But once we entered the villa, the problems began. I’d like to specifically mention the manager, Sergio, for his complete lack of professionalism and customer service. He responded to all of my requests with incompetence, argued with every message I sent, and kept insisting that everything I was asking for was already at the villa — even though I was physically there and telling him it wasn’t. By far the worst staff member I’ve ever dealt with. I strongly urge management to take action and at least give him some basic customer service training. And if you don’t offer training, then at least let him watch a few YouTube videos — there are plenty that could help someone as unqualified as him.
