The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of EUR 50 will be applied during office hours and EUR 75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at the accommodations office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a waste management fee of EUR 150 will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, the accommodations will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Nice villa, poor communication"

Location quite good, short drive to Alcudia. The pool area was good and the multiple outdoor seating areas too.

There were no instructions on how to use any of the appliances, like the oven or microwave. We didn't manage to use the oven while we were there. The gate for the car didn't lock. The drive was extremely sleep, and the garage was quite small to fit a hire car in. Two workmen turned up on the Monday morning with no notice to fit broadband. Apparently they were supposed to do it on the Friday before we came but no-one from the letting agency (?) was at the property so they couldn't get in. We didn't know if they were genuine or not and had to contact the booking co. to find out - they said they were trying to call me at the same time but I had no missed calls or anything. You really shouldn't organise any work to be done on the property while people are staying there, especially not without notifying them. The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. The master bedroom only had two thin pillows.

"Prachtige locatie maar nooit meer door de kakkerlakken"

De ruime villa met 3 terrassen en het privé zwembad . Rustig gelegen maar toch dicht bij alles

Toen we aankwamen , zat het buiten vol kakkerlakken en binnen hebben we er ook 3 gehad . Bellen, bellen en bellen maar de accomodatie kon niets doen want het was weekend . Maandag zijn ze dan komen spuiten maar helaas waren ze niet weg erna
