This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Cosy Harborne house in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Early check-in (if available) is an extra £35 and needs to be requested in good time prior to arrival. ID and security deposit of GBP400 required prior to providing check-in details. Late check-out fee (60 min after check-out time) is half the cost of the previous night. Check-out time will be measured as the time when the key is returned to its collection point. Delays of more than 120min will incur one extra night charge. Two towels per guest are provided as part of the booking, extra towels used are charged at £5 per towel. Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee. No other guests other than those indicated in the booking are authorised to enter the property at any one time. Unbooked visitors or guests will be charged £30 per guest per night, applicable after the second guest and applicable for the totality of the duration of the stay, plus £50 admin fee, plus 3.9% payment processor fee.
