Robin Hill Cottage

Cosy, comfortable, quiet but close to amenities

Our stay at Robin Hill Cottage was a dream: it's in a fantastic location, close to both Stonehenge and the small town of Amesbury with its pubs, small shops, and supermarkets. Julia welcomed us warmly and even took us to the solstice. Her husband also told us a lot about the interesting excavations, as this place is truly a historic region. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything our heart could desire. We will definitely come back. Thank you, Julia!

We were wonderfully welcomed by our host, he also showed me his amazing collection of artefacts found on his property that pre date Stonehenge and I absolutely enjoyed that moment and our talk. He advised us to go to the Bridge for good food and so far that's the best food we ate in Uk! The cottage was spotless, very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed very much our stay at Robin Hill.

The only little thing we weren't happy about was that the master bedroom wasn't prepared for us. We had two little beds prepared in the living room wich didn't make sense at all. So we had to wait for our hostess who was in charge of making the beds and when she finally came, she wasn't friendly and even gave us the impression of being annoyed about having to prepare the main bedroom for my 74 years old mother.

The location, the host, the cottage was lovely..

The owner was very friendly and on hand if needed. I did not need to ask for anything as everything that could be provided was. An amazing property and location, would stay anytime that I'm in the area if its available.

Excellent array of food provided for several breakfasts

Very clean quiet and comfortable. The hosts were kind and welcoming. Location was ideal.

Heating was a bit complex - get them to put it on for you.
