The architecture and setting. The property had everything we needed.

The view is fantastic, you can see beach side sunrise daily from your bed. As the landlord said, the house is designed by Gaudi as his first residencies, and it is quite large, enough for 14 people to engage here. The yard is large and everything is clean. Most importantly, when I asked if there is any shampoos and plastic bags, the landlord bought for me immediately! All pictures shown in the front page is real, and the place is even better than the picture.

Exceptional house in a great location. The sea view from the balcony or from the gardens is worth every penny. The house and the gardens around it are exceptionally large. Bright spacious bedrooms, enough showers and bathrooms for a big group. Large dining area, patio, area around the swimming pool. The gardens are very well maintained. The kitchen layout is weird, but in line with the property 1950's style.

The only disappointment was that the house, though been very close to the beach, does not actually have an access to the beach. So you need to drive around 5 minutes to the public beach or try at your own risk to walk the busy road with no footpaths and then cross the railway lines. Originally the house had a passage under the road right to the beach, but now it's always locked as the staircase seem to be broken for quite some time. Also the swimming pool looks a bit outdated, even with the 30 degrees outside the water is still very cold and with strong smell of chlorine
