Royal House

Had an amazing time. Family was all very friendly and helpful with tips and accomodating for the entire trip! Very wholesome experience

our stay was perfect, the property is located in a very picturesque area. the room was very spacious and clean, all the necessary appliances were available in the kitchenette. there is a terrace at the top floor of the building with a magnificent view of the sea. the host Sulkhan was very kind and helpful, he offered transfer to and from the seaside twice a day free of charge, and also gifted us a bottle of homemade wine. i highly recommend staying at Royal House 😊

I really loved our time at Royal House Kvariati. The location was amazing, our host was extremely friendly, and checking in/out was very convenient! Everything was as advertised and the price was more than fair for the value of the rental. The rooftop was my favorite, such great views and the lights/furniture is a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot!

It wasn’t much of an issue but one bathroom smelled a bit of mold, we learned that this is pretty normal during our travels in Georgia and compared to other places we’ve stayed it wasn’t as strong of a smell. One other thing to keep in mind is getting to the house is a bit of a bumpy/uphill drive. I would consider a taxi or making sure whoever is behind the wheel is a confident driver. Most cars can make it up however but there are a few places where if another car is coming someone might have to reverse until there is space.
