Saarilandia

The villa is in a lovely location and it’s easy to tell a lot of work has gone into it recently. Great access to the lake, the outside sauna was great and our bedrooms very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s plenty of space indoors too.

Location and surrounding

Internet was poor, TV was poor and saved on channels ( only Finish)

The tap water is not good for drinking, but there are stores with water in large packages in neighbourhood (few ten minutes away). Maybe it would be good if provider would be more precise with mentioning Savonlinna; location is not near to the mentioned town, but quite away.

last 12 km road to the cottage was so bad

Water was not drinkable. We carried our own water bottles, and ran out of water.The nearest grocery store was 20 km

- The outdoor sauna in really nice. - Beds are really comfortable. - Great showers both in the house and in the sauna house - The views from the pier are really nice, when the sky is clear you can see the northern light and stars. - Free wood was really nice.

- Water from the tap was not tasteful, you should by water from the store. - Pier of house 1 was not in the lake and the beach was all rocks. - House is more for 8 adults. The extra bed doesn’t fit in any room or it’s really tight. - WiFi is a 3G router so not really fast.
