Bellevue Villas with private pool

Amazing villas, beautifully furnished, quality materials, beds and sofa very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped, airco units in all rooms, wonderful view from the veranda. Very close to the beautiful beaches and a short distance to the village center and to the villages surrounding area. Fantastic wifi speed, we had to work so it helped a lot. Beautiful pool with stunning views. Thank you to all Halkidikibnb team who welcomed us.

Nothing, everything was great!

We loved Bellevue Villas. Very well appointed, comfortable and ideal for our family in both the interior and exterior locations. We were thrilled with the response and care of the staff, who made sure we had all we needed, and always with a smile.. The view from the place is wonderful and unforgettable!! Private pool with those views was really amazing. WiFi also super!

It was not specified in the description of the villa that 2 rooms are located in the basement and without air conditioning. It was horribly hot for the families that lived in the basement, maximum discomfort throughout the vacation. We would not recommend staying in the basement under any circumstances . INTERNET - in the basement was non-existent, we asked for someone to come to fix the problem, nothing was solved during the vacation, also on the 3rd day of the vacation the wi-fi signal was very weak on the ground floor and first floor, almost impossible to use. CLEANING - nobody came during the whole vacation to clean and change our towels. We asked for someone to come for cleaning and we were charged 60E extra . The towels were changed only once after our insistence. We were told that there is a washing machine to wash clothes there ... we mention that we were 8 adults and 2 children . We asked to bring a clothes rack which of course we did not receive. There is only 1 clothes rack, insufficient for the number of people accommodated. There was only 1 safe in the whole villa, it was normal that each room to have its own safe. The kitchen, very poorly equipped compared to other locations. In conclusion, a very high price paid for what we were offered.

The villa was incredibly spacious, providing more than enough room for everyone. It was spotless upon arrival. The staff was excellent—always helpful, responsive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had everything we needed during our stay, from kitchen appliances to comfortable bedding. The private pool was a highlight. It was warm and inviting, cleaned daily, and provided the perfect spot for relaxation. The parking area offered shade, which was a nice touch, especially in the summer heat. The villa is spread across three levels, each offering its own unique benefits. The lower level, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room, was cool and comfortable, though it had limited natural light. The ground level was an open space with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom—all very spacious and filled with natural light. The top level boasted a master bedroom with a spectacular view that was simply breathtaking.

The villa is situated on a hill, which means you’ll likely need a car to get around. While the nearest beach is only a 3-4 minute drive, it might not be as convenient if you prefer to walk everywhere. The hill does add some seclusion and quiet, but it’s something to consider if you're not keen on driving or hiking regularly
