Villa Jardín de Buda

Pros - Great villa. Comfy, Loads of room in and out. Everything we needed. Great pool, Hot tub a bonus, nice breeze through the villa so. didn't need the AC in June, 10 min drive to Christianos or Chafiras.

Cons - Really need a car, needs a refurb/tlc in places. Narrow street but good off road parking although a little tight for large vehicle for the less confident. Pick your time carefully when you go into Chafiras as new road building make it Gridlock at times, We found between 2 & 5 pm bad. you can avoid and shop by going under the TF1 just before Chafiras, to San Miguel where there is a Aldi and Lidl. No fault of the villa but worth a mention.

We were impressed with the size of the villa, the surrounding grounds and especially the heated pool. It is situated in a quiet suburban area. Inside it had a very Spanish feel with woods and tile used to good effect. Outside the pictures don’t lie there are Buda’s everywhere. We particularly appreciated the way the outside was divided into zones so you could eat alfresco outside, splash about in the pool or enjoy reading a book without disturbing the others. Villa Jardin de Buda is a welcoming space a but Jose has to go down as the star of the show. He was charming, helpful and knowledgable.

The Village is starting to look a little faded so could do with a revamp

José communicated really well and resolved issues really quickly. One night a trip switch went and we couldn't locate the fuse box, José was round in 20 minutes and resolved the issue. Beautiful garden and facilities. You'll have a lovely stay here. It was great fun to do a big cook out one night on the bbq. The hot tub is amazing too!

Paying extra for the air conditioning

The villa was well maintained with loads of things for all family to do. There was lovely views and plenty of secluded spots if you needed some quiet time. Was everything you needed for a home from home experience.

There was nothing to dislike it was beautiful with wonderful hosts who where on hand to help with anything that was needed. Would recommend a car but saying that it was only around 14euro in a taxi to main strip of tenerife if you like a night out

The Villa was very spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely and there was something for everyone - you could sit and relax away from the pool if you preferred some time to yourself.

The decor was a little tired but this didn’t spoil our experience on holiday.

Peaceful apart from the construction noices from the neighboring house. Parking space inside the wall. Pool is nice. Lots of space.

Electrical work could do with rework. Patio wood could do with replacing.

Jacuzzi and pool are definitely the highlight and place is very spacious. Location is good, with 15 min to the airport and highway nearby.

Some facilities are outdated and need refurbishment or replacement. E.g. some doors and gates need a little strength to open and close, and coffee machine works only with a little trick.
