清潔で、スペースも広かった。スーパーマーケットもバス停も徒歩圏内。

1階（地下）が2.3階と分かれていて、行き来が不便だった。1階の1部屋が湿気臭かった。

Top Lage, einfache Abwicklung und Sauber

Ein Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage und es wäre viel besser wenn ein Gasgriller und kein Holzgriller da wäre

The house was spacious enough for 6 people. Very good place if you want to be in the center of Arenal. It is a quiet part of the city. The equipment is older but functional

Communication with Portic Villas agency was not good. No one answered, and when they did, nothing was possible. Taxi from the airport including bicycles. Late check out or luggage storage, due to a later departure. I had to ask for a refund of the deposit, they didn't do it themselves even after a few weeks. Excess electricity consumption is charged
