EvMar Villa

La villa ce situe à 15mn de Rhodes. Celui-ci est bien équipé en therme de cuisine et linge de maison. La climatisation et dans toute les chambres, salon. La villa était propre à notre arrivée avec une corbeille de fruits et une bouteille de vin blanc local délicate intention.

Le gros point noir et la route située à côté de la villa. Beaucoup de voitures passent et il est difficile de s’entendre parlé sous la tonnelle dans le jardin. Si vous aimez le calme … cela sera compliqué. La piscine n’est pas chauffée en revanche mais cela peux ce comprendre avec les chaleurs de l’été.

Beautiful, and clean villa. Very peaceful location. Air con in all the rooms. Host was super - responded very quickly and was very helpful. Must have a car for holidaying here - there is parking available in a secure place. Towels for use in bathrooms and outdoors all provided. Fruit, wine and water on arrival. Cooking facilities good. Dishwasher and tablets provided.

The only thing I would put here is that the pool isn't heated - we did know this before we visited but it was the only thing my children commented on that could be better.

Good sized, air conditioned villa with beautiful garden, pool and seating area. Close to the beach and town of Ialysos. Also close to the airport. Host was very welcoming and helpful.

On a busy road so quite noisy, there was also building work taking place next door. You can’t get to anything without driving. Decor is outdated.

At our arrival we were met by George to hand over the keys. The villa was exceptional - it was big and had all comforts. The garden was well kept and the pool was cleaned daily in the early mornings. The living area was spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils required! There were two bathrooms both with showers and one of them had a spa bath. All of the three bedrooms had air-conditioning and television. Overall it was an amazing stay as the area is quiet and we had privacy. Bonus was the private parking space also. The hosts were really communicative and helpful. If back in Rhodes I'd stay here again, it's a guaranteed great stay on the Island!

Nothing, all was good

Without Mr George our Holidays wouldn’t have been that good. This lovely Guy explained us everything… cleaned the pool all day and was always friendly and funny. Big hug from all the Five Boys to this Man! Mr George the 🐐

Well kept villa in a lovely location. Swimming pool was a great asset, and the kids loved the privacy.

The roads in Rhodes were poor.

The villa was lovely and having a pool was great the gardens are lovely and a great space to chill out of the sun

The only issue we had was being told we couldn’t have sun tan creams on in pool !! This is impossible to clean off every time you go in the pool unless you go and have a full soap shower which you can’t do. I have never been asked to do this before when I’ve been aboard and in 33 heat you need it on. Yes have a quick cold shower which we did but not completely wash it off. Need to look at chemicals used if a issue
