Spacious house, clean, good location

I was looking specifically for accommodation with a car park. Although it says parking is on site, we were told to park on the street as access to the garage was needed at all times. when we arrived to check in, there were barriers on the pavement and street in front of the house because of roadworks and we were not allowed to park in nearby areas either. Very disappointed with host communication, I have asked questions via Booking, followed a private message on the contact number provided and I haven't received an answer at all.

Location was good for city and visits to the Highlands.

The flat was clean. Bus to Edinburgh City only 5 minutes walk away.

1. The ‘luxury villa’ has been advertised as shower, bath, shower/bath AND additional toilet and private bathroom. We did not book nor have wanted a shared bathroom for 6 people and a shower over the bath including the toilet being in the same. My mother in law has a disability and she was unable to use the shower for the time of her stay. This place has been incorrectly advertised (also photos). 2. The flat has only one door to the outside. In an emergency you would have to break a window. 3. There were two front panels missing in the kitchen. Dishwasher is not in useable state. There is also no toaster. We also had only 2 forks and 5 table spoons - booking was for 6 people. Not enough glassware in the kitchen for 6 people. Also no mugs. 4. In one of the bedrooms is a whole drawer missing. 5. Just under 3 roles of toilet paper for 6 people for 4 days. Toilet paper was dropped off one day prior our check out. 6. Property was advertised as two level including a lift. There is another flat above the so called 'Villa' and a family lives there. 7. Garden - Access not disclosed. Has no access from the house and was in an unattractive state. Weeds growing on outdoor furniture. Also, it is not save for pets as it is not an enclosed garden. 8. Place was advertised as wheelchair accessible - this is totally incorrect. A wheelchair CANNOT access this property (see in my pictures). If wheelchair would be lifted in, you'd still not be able to access the living room nor bathroom. 9. Property had been contacted within the first 5 minutes we had arrived and then daily to rectify. They definitely got our messages as they dropped off the toilet paper on the last day. No other issues where addressed. 10. On day of our arrival (after 4pm) bags with dirty sheets where still left in the front yard. There were plenty of other things. For example they had two key locks on door and one did not work.
