Literally everything. We loved this place! It was the first stop on our 7 week travels around Europe and this was the best place we stayed out of everywhere! The bed was THE most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in including fancy hotels! The views were lovely and the entire house was just such a nice atmosphere. The only thing I would say is screen shot the lock box code before you arrive as there’s no internet to access booking.com until you get in and on the wifi. We did have to drive down the road to the pub but this was our mistake! We were even greeted with little scrabble letters spelling out “g’day” to us which was a lovely touch! It made us smile after a long and tiring drive and they are the sort of things we really appreciated about this place. We would 100% stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone!

The Dovecote is a beautiful home with everything you need. So thoughtfully laid out with the comfiest bed and cosy living space. Chris and Amanda were very friendly and sent over extra information on the local area and where to eat prior to arrival, which was well received. Lovely location, great local pub down the road, stunning scenery, and all the comforts of being at home. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.
