Blair Cottage

Well what can I say we liked everything. Beautiful property.

Blair Cottage vastly exceeded our expectations. The place was beautifully decorated and immaculately cleaned. The hosts had thought of everything and the cooking equipment high quality. The double bed is one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. For the first time in a long time I was not eager to get back to my own bed at the end of a trip. We desperately hope to return!!

Absolutely nothing!

We loved how quiet and peaceful the cottage was, so cosy at night with the log fire. The place was very clean and warm, hand wash and lotion smelt lovely! Well equipped kitchen, it had everything you could need. Coffee machine was a plus too! Our dog appreciated the treats left for him, thank you. We also loved being so close the the west highland way path for some dog walks to Milarrochy bay. The cottage had well maintained gardens and I bet it is beautiful in summer, I would also love to know more about the standing stones in the garden! It was the perfect getaway for some down time and we would definitely return.

Gorgeous location with everything you would ever need. It was like home away from home.

The layout; decor, location and facilities are fab. The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The pictures on the website don't do the place justice to sit and chill with the log burner on was so amazing 😍

The instructions to find the key were a bit confusing.

The location is amazing. Very private and peaceful. The cottage is gorgeous and so are the gardens. It's a 5 minute to a lovely little bay, shops and pub. Some great places to walk to and even a little ferry over to the island where we saw some wild deer. I would recommend this venue and would love to visit again.

Only one bi folding door would open as there was no key for the one on the right which was a shame as the weather was nice it would have been good to have them open. Also, the pillows on the bed were terrible. Had to use the decorative feather pillows. But if we visit again we would just take our own.
