6 bed house with free secure parking & 3 bathrooms

Comfortable.

Not much actual living space for eight people, needs decorating, not quite as described, secure parking gate broken with a chain fitted by a neighbor who only has one key. Key safe for front door is in an awkward location about one foot off the ground not easily accessible for elderly or infirm.

Excellent property, very clean and well maintained. The lounge was a little small, but the 6 separate bedrooms more than made up for it. Perfect for a group stay!. Leroy the host was fantastic. Very helpful for my group extremely responsive. Thank you Leroy we will definitely book again when back in the area.

he rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. One of the rooms was self-contained, complete with its own private bathroom. The location was excellent nice surroundings, a friendly host. Park and an Aldi supermarket within a pleasant 20-minute walk

The full description is too long. Firstly do not be deceived by the title "NEW BUILD HOUSE" Dirty and if you dared to move furniture there is rubbish behind. It is dated and the worst part is the bathrooms Ensuite in bedroom top floor needed the shower head replacing. Bathroom 2nd floor bring your own mirror Weirdly on the ground floor is a shower in a cupboard sized room under the stairs in the hallway and didn't work. so 7 people sharing 1 bathroom. ALL BATHROOMS NEED UPDATING The price does not reflect the dated property. Ruined our time attended for a wedding over 5 night stay. One person left to go to a hotel.

No tvs in bedrooms and showers could be a little better

There were fans in most bedrooms which was a great addition to making our stay comfortable. Excellent parking facilities, 2 spaces in secure car park and space at the front of property. Easy to access parking. The oven and fridge were spotlessly clean. Plenty of plates, mugs and glasses. Excellent communication with host. Shoe rack available which was a great help. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space, everyone able to have their own room. Bathroom facilities (toilet & shower) available on each floor.

The shower head was broken in top bedroom, as was the towel rail. The toilet seat in middle floor bathroom was broken. There wasn’t enough towels for everyone to have a shower for the duration of the stay (two nights). The window in front top bedroom was significantly cracked. The property needed a full, deep clean throughout, there was a lot of limescale in the shower on ground floor. The living room was dirty, beer lids and old sweets were found on couch. Dirt between cushions on the sofa bed, it appeared it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Walls were dirty and needed painting. There was only four dining chairs in kitchen table so not able to eat at same time. It would have been helpful to have extendable dining table and more chairs considering it is a 6 bedroom property that sleeps 10. There were minimal utensils and pans, not sufficient for cooking for family / groups. It would have been helpful to have children’s cups & high chair available. Positioning of the fridge wasn’t ideal as the kitchen door swung into it. Televisions were quite old, something to be aware in terms of facilities / what to bring. Pillows on the beds were thin / flat.
