Melfe Villas

Location was superb, everything was spotlessly clean. Food in fridge and welcome basket were very welcome when we arrived at 11.30pm. Terrace on the top was lovely on an evening. Elini let us stay late the day we left as our flight home wasn’t until 10.30pm which was appreciated. We had the villa without a pool and there was a small seating area downstairs but we preferred the upper terrace. Air con in bedrooms was a huge benefit . Communication was good . We highly recommend this Villa

WiFi was quite temperamental but there was a really good 5G signal. Everything else was perfect

We had an unforgettable holiday renting a villa with a private pool! There were shops and cafes nearby, and the beaches were easy to walk to - about 350 meters. Everything was very clean, the description and photos were completely true. The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, they brought us food for breakfast and delicious fruits, which was very nice . On the day of departure, we were pleased with sweets. It is obvious that everything is done with love. The hostess of the house Eleni is incredibly nice and attentive. We were absolutely delighted!

It was very central. Eleni was very welcoming, helpful and kind during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be back. Pefkos is such a lovely place, lots of fantastic restaurant and a beautiful beach.

Location was fabulous, villa very clean and everything we needed. 2 outside seating areas.

Eleni, the lovely lady who hosts this property is exceptional. She is prompt to reply to any queries, happy to give advice and recommend local restaurants and provided detailed directions to the property. The fridge was stocked with an extremely helpful starter selection of ham, cheese, eggs, butter, water, fruit, soft drinks and even some beer. Bread, jams and honey were also provided. The villa itself is private and within easy walking distance (about 5 minutes) of several excellent restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Eleni.

Slightly low cold water pressure upstairs but nothing that we didn’t like.

This villa is perfect for a holiday in Pefkos / lindos ! It is spacious, very clean and the pool finishes it off perfectly! The lovely cleaner comes in every 3 days to give it a clean and new towels and Eleni (the owner) was wonderful, on hand if we needed anything and left us a welcome hamper and gifted us some sweet treats as we left. Can’t fault our time at Melfe Villa.
