Excellent value cosy accommodation with everything you'd need provided. 5 minute walk to railway station (and to EV charger) makes this a very accessible location.

Just 2 minor issues: Windows don't open so, although it wasn't an issue for us, ventilation could be problematic. Chains on the lovely window blinds have loose loops which might be hazardous to young children. These should be shortened and fitted with safety fittings.

Clean, warm and comfortable. Fresh eggs and delicious breakfast .

The mechanical vent on bathroom wall (above toilet) came on for short while during night .

Entire private cottage in secluded setting with own, off-street parking.

The Booking.com advert states 2 bedrooms. This is wrong. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom, plus a roller/day-bed in the lounge. There is only one toilet & shower .. but access is through the bedroom - less than ideal for 2 couples! Also conflicting advice on dogs - first part of ad. says yes, second says definitely not. (We did have a dog so were worried at last minute when we realised the conflicting advice).

A perfect place to stay after a wonderful concert at The Theatre at the Mill. A great start to our weekend visit to Ireland. The accommodation was lovely and the host was very friendly and helpful. A lovely selection available for breakfast in particular my son loved the eggs left by the hens over the fence. Thankyou Shireen
