Villa Elisabetta, Luxury Villa with Heated Pool Ocean View in Adeje, Tenerife

The villa is lovely Clean and comfortable Good size and plenty of room for 6 of us Private and quite Great BBQ, large patio area Close enough to Lidl (5 mins in car) North side of Adeje (a car is a must) Kids loved the pool and Astro turf area They played football and used the pool all day. We had a great time and would stay again

I found the pool cold (it definitely wasn’t heated to 26c) I couldn’t put our two year old in it, he was shivering. The photos also make it look bigger than it actually is Some of the plates and bowls have seen better days (some were chipped and full of scratches) for a luxury villa these should be changed. The bed frames are enormous with sharp pointed edges (left with bruises all over my legs from banging into them) 🙈As they are two big for the rooms and you have very little space to walk around the bedroom) The downstairs shower takes forever for the hot water to come through Pablo who we met for the keys etc speaks little English and we found it difficult to communicate with him Took us several calls and texts for him to understand that we were on our way.

The accommodation was lovely, The beds were comfy overall though a lovely villa great location overlooking the sea shame about the issues.

It needs to state that it's number 6 as the villa had no name so when we arrived we could not locate the Villa, Tried calling the number allocated and no answer, after an hr of knocking and asking everyone we were met by the gentleman with the keys. Not the easiest start to the holiday. The Kettle did not work and we could not use the pool for three days as it had to be drained and refilled due to being green :(. The pillows were little square things really strange and not comfortable.

We liked the villa, very spacious, the pool was amazing, and we thank you so much the host for making it extra-heated for our kids, we appreciate it a lot, enough to still rate this villa high despite the other shortcomings. The grill was great in itself, we cooked fresh fish a couple of times, good feeling to cook and then eat near the pool with such spectacular views.

We didnt like the fact that the host left nothing for us: no salt, pepper, condiments, oil, vinegar, not even a tool for cleaning the grill or maybe extra bags for garbage... we had to buy everything ourselves...Thinking of the fact that these items are under 5 euros , you would imagine you'd find them in a 379 euro/night place but no...For example when we moved from here at the next two villas, they both had condiments and everything you would need, so it seems some other people can do it. Also the air conditioning broke in our bedroom, we imediately told the host, we were promised the second day would be fixed but it took about 3-4 days to fix it. To be fair we were only 2 adults and 2 kids so we just moved from there, but the communication was not great (specially they didnt speak too good english)
