La situation de la maison par rapport à la mer. Le cadre extérieur.

Nous avons séjourné à la villa Elaeis du 6 au 19 janvier 2026. Le séjour a été marqué par de nombreux problèmes : infestation de cafards quotidienne + dejections de cafards dans tiroir de la cuisine, climatisation moisie avec air vicié, et piscine inutilisable (eau trouble+algues) pendant près de la moitié du séjour. Malgré des signalements rapides et plusieurs interventions, les problèmes n’ont pas été résolus. Ces désagréments ont fortement impacté notre bien-être. Nous ne recommandons pas cette location à des voyageurs souhaitant passer un séjour paisible en Guadeloupe

Die Villa Elaeis liegt perfekt in Fußgehweite des schönen Strands "Grand Anse". Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche beinhaltet alle Utensilien, die man benötigt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zu Sandrine vor Ort waren sehr unkompliziert und freundlich!

Magnifique villa très bien équipée dans un cadre idyllique la vue de la terrasse sur la montagne est magique, la piscine donne un charme fou de jour comme de nuit avec son éclairage et le jardin est magnifique et bucolique avec la visite des poules des coqs et de Charlotte ❤️que nous avons bien nourrie (chatte des propriétaires) ! Plage de la grande anse à pied en 10 min avec les enfants ! Petits commerces de la station essence en sortant à droite bon rapport qualité prix avec du choix ! Bourg de deshaie à 1km5 pain frais tous les matins ! Jardin botanique à 10 min … une adresse à retenir

la maison est jolie , très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. le jardin arboré et la vue sur les collines la piscine parfaitement intégrée au jardin la plage de la grande anse accessible à pied en quelques minutes.
