Zissis Villa & pool 5min drive to beach

Siamo arrivati e dal primo all'ultimo minuto i proprietari sono stati fantastici con noi. Gentili, accoglienti, disponibili. La struttura é da sogno, pulitissima. Ci siamo sentiti praticamente a casa. Non vedo l'ora di tornare dal mio amico Zissis!!!!

I loved everything about Zissis Villa. The entire property is beautiful. The outdoor facilities were superb. The pool was large, the sunbeds surrounding it were in perfect condition. There is a great bar next to it with a tablet that we used to play music from. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the pool as well as an outdoor bathroom so you don't have to run back into the house. There is a BBQ next to the bar where you can also fire up the grill if you like. The beautiful vineyard leading to the pool is also great. The villa itself is extremely beautiful. It was spotlessly clean. The open space living room, kitchen and dining area is so spacious and provided ample space for our group of 8 people. The bedrooms are a wonderful size with lots of sunlight and a TV in each one allowing for anyone to retreat and nap or have some time for themselves. The bathrooms were as beautiful and have a great rain shower. What is more impressive is the attention to detail. The kitchen was stocked with everything a normal home would have. There wasn't a single utensil or cookware item missing. Both bathrooms had their own hairdryer (believe me this is much appreciated with 4 women staying there). The large terrace overlooking the pool was great to sit out on. What is most noteworthy, are the hosts, Zissis and Tzina. They were so hospitable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They showed us around the property and immediately made us feel at home. Throughout our stay they were helpful regarding restaurants to eat at and beaches to visit. They were generous, providing drinks and food in both refrigerators in the house and the outdoor bar. They were attentive and discreet at the same time. They are genuinely good people. The care they put into their entire property and they themselves as people is what makes me proud to be Greek and makes me proud to know that foreigners coming to this property will truly experience what we here in Greece call filoxenia.

Gina and Zissis are fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much, and always had a welcoming smile. The villa is top class, clean, modern, well equipped and maintained to an exceptional high standard. Well serviced, plenty of pool and bath towels for use. Pool and pool bar are amazing with a fridge and music system available for use (Spotify). Air conditioning worked well and is a bonus. We were welcomed with some traditional home cooked food, which was tasty and plentiful. If you are considering this as a holiday choice, look no further, we really enjoyed relaxing and having a restful break.

Nothing, was a perfect stay, we would seriously consider returning in future.

Gina and Zissi are the perfect hosts. Throughout the week they offered us local produce and homemade food and drink. Stuffed peppers and cheese pie followed by Zissi wine were all enjoyed by our family. The villa is exceptional. We travelled as a family of nine and there was plenty of space. The kitchen and bedrooms were well equipped and really comfortable. The villa is private and in a quiet area, we enjoyed this but we did hire cars to get out and about which I would recommend. We all had a fantastic holiday and would go back again.

The property was superb for a family holiday.

Everything was perfect, the owners Gina and Zissis are kind and working people and they have done a lot of things for us. They brought us every day local products from thier garden( eggs, figs, lemons, olive oil, wine, etc) and they also cooked for us some excellent traditional foods like pasticio. The house is perfect and very clean with everything you need, but the main atraction is the pool and the bar outside. The private parking is big and it has a sunroof. The location of the villa is very good so you can visit the entire island! Every aspect deserves the best feedback and we thank Gina and Zissis for their hospitality and I hope I will see them again!

The villa was absolutely perfect! There was enough space for all of us and all rooms had air-conditioning. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the whole house was even cleaned during our stay. The pool was amazing and so was the view! The best part of our stay was without a doubt the hospitality of the incredible hosts! Zissis and Gina were very kind, helpful and brought us delicious greek food multiple times!

We had an incredible stay at this house. We stayed with our kids and friends, 8 of us total. There are 4 very big bedrooms and all house is air-conditioned. There is very big living room with big kitchen and dining table. The hosts were absolutely superb, and their hospitality exceeded all expectations. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the fantastic swimming pool, which provided hours of relaxation and enjoyment. The beds in the house were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had a restful night's sleep every night. The attention to detail in every aspect of the house's design and furnishings was stunning, making us feel like we were staying in a luxurious retreat. This house truly felt like home! What truly set this accommodation apart was the hosts' warmth and generosity. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even preparing a delicious dinner for us. To top it off, the fridge was stocked with a variety of food and drinks, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Even bar next to swimming pool was there for us to use it, such as a barbecue. Adjacent to the house, we discovered Yanni's horses, which added another layer of enchantment to our stay. We, along with our kids and friends, embarked on a three-hour adventure that we'll cherish forever. The highlight was undoubtedly riding these magnificent creatures into the sea and swimming with them for an hour, creating an unforgettable memory that will stay with us for a lifetime. In all honesty, this experience felt even more exceptional than staying at a 5-star hotel. It's been years since I've encountered such outstanding accommodation, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking for a truly remarkable and unforgettable stay in Zakynthos. Amazing pool & BBQ area, high quality and well equipped villa, comfy beds & lovely linen etc. Black out blinds & aircon. Delightful hosts, we wanted for nothing. Central island location (car is essential).
