Quiet location and very close to the center, bus stop, supermarket, and all the important places and sunset spots. Great communication from the owner. Apartment with big, open spaces and very simple and nice design.

Maybe as a consequence of the touristic aspect and demand of Oia, it was a bit expensive. The outdoor patio can also be improved. The couch wasn't so comfortable. Nonetheless, this place has a lot of potential!

Perfect location in the centre of Oia

Bathroom had cold water, pillows were dirty

I was verbally and physically assaulted by the cleaner at this property whilst carrying my one year old daughter. We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights and in those 7 nights, the apartment was cleaned one. No cleaning products were given and I asked the manager where I could dispose of Nappies etc as I had two young children. She advised to leave them at the property, however no bin bags were provided so we had to use carrier bags. As I have young children, I ensured the apartment was kept clean at all times with the lack of resources I had. The walls are very thin so you could hear loud inappropriate noises every night which was embarrassing as I was with my family. On checkout, we were waiting for my husband and the cleaner came in, was very disruptive and starting chucking things on the floor and was shouting in her language. I asked if everything was okay and in her broken English we said “mess”. firstly there was no mess, and secondly, that’s what she’s getting paid to do, I didn’t pay thousands to scrub the floors all night. I replied there’s no mess and I will take pictures to prove this when I do a review. As soon as she seen my phone, she marched over to me and assaulted so that I don’t take any pictures. I screamed “don’t touch me” and my baby started crying too. I started to take pictures and the video shows her assaulting me AGAIN for the second time and then slamming the door on my phone. My mother who is suffering from cancer had to witness all this. We waited outside and the manager arrived and I burst into tears. They were apologetic and offered us a lift to their sister hotel down the road. Had my flight not been in a few hours, I would of reported this to the police. As an apology the manager also arranged us free transport to the airport. however, this doesn’t make us for what we experienced. on holiday. in a different country. she ruined our experience of Santorini and had this been in the UK she would of been sacked and arrested.

The location was situated in the middle of OIA, making it very convenient to get around all the restaurants. The location of the villa was not at the main square where all the tourists are, it was still relatively safe even when our main gate is not able to lock. Harry, the Villa manager was helpful and prompt in replying our queries. He also helped arranged extra towels and hairdryer beforehand.

Not the ideal pavement for rolling your luggages to the villa, will be great to hire some help beforehand. The rooms were not as spacious for 4 pax, ideally 2 adults and children will be just nice. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and it ruined our relaxing experience at night. It would also be ideal to have more than 1 unit of aircon in the entire villa especially during summer!
