Apartment was fully equipped and very welcoming. Area is really quiet and the view is wonderful. Rebecca the host goes above and beyond and make sure house is full with goodies and all that is needed for a long stay

The best host ever, left us food and wine, did not spare us anything. She is so kind and nice and is hands down the best Villa Ive been in ever

The view is good. The apartment was full of amenities, and the landlord left a bottle of wine, a cake, and some water. There was a Nespresso machine and capsules.

To start with: 1- Location is 16 minutes outside Volos, it is in an area called Marathos. 2- There is not even a shop, a supermarket, or even a restaurant nearby. 3- The property is an apartment, not a villa as being published on the website. 4- The apartment is around 70 square meters, and not 150 square meters as published on the website. 5- To reach the apartment you have to drive through miles of olive trees' plantation, so it is not advisable for anyone who does not have car to even consider renting the apartment. 6- The per night rental is extremely expensive, and should not in any way be over $100 per night, total waste of money. Trust me for this.
