Echos Villa

Villa Echos is amazing, the photos do not lie! We were 6 persons and a baby and It was very comfortable, we had 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, great terrace with seating area and even barbecue area with big table, where he had dinner twice. The property is really great and the sunset views from the swimming pool are amazing! Communication and check in was very easy (the key was in the lock box). We had two cars, so it was easy for us to reach the villa, although the road is not the best; parking in front of the villa was easy. We had a great time here with our family, we wish we come back some day and we can recommend this place!

The building site directly next to the garden was quite loud during some days. The price for the great view is that there is nothing to do nearby - so you need a car to reach a beach, a supermarket or a restaurant, but we knew it, so it was not a problem for us.

I’m a regular visitor to the island, and always stay between Lassi and Argostoli. The location was perfect, the villa was immaculately presented, and the views are out of this world. We loved watching the sunsets each night, with vast views over Lassi, and out to sea. You could never grow tired of that view, and with an infinity pool, it was perfect to see such an amazing vista. The villa is beautifully presented – very modern, sleek, and well maintained. I was dubious before we arrived, as to whether it actually existed, as there were not many Booking.com reviews, but we were more than pleased when we arrived – a family of 7, and stayed for 9 nights total – we didn’t want to leave. It is a little remote, up a very, very steep hill, so we rented a car, but it only took 5 minutes to drive down into Lassi or Argostoli each day. Although we didn’t need to, as we had our own car, it would be easy enough to get Taxi’s to and from the villa if needs be. It was very easy to collect the keys. The owner, Maria, had connected with me on WhatsApp before our stay, and on the day of arrival, she sent me the lock safe key code to get the front door key. Maria also provided me with a handy video of how to get to the property, and where the lock safe was. We simply loved this villa. And will be sure to return again soon.

There was very little that we didn’t like. The only thing that was a slight negative was the fact that there is a new villa being built next door to this one – but, in all honesty, the builders were very quiet, and only worked from 7am – 2pm each day. I’d probably guess that the majority of the new villa next door will be finished by summer 2025 anyway, so it really wasn’t much of a bother at all.

The TV was difficult to navigate, kitchen needs more serving dishes/platters etc for entertaining.

The view, property and pool were stunning and the welcome groceries were thoughtful and generous. Maria the host was friendly and incredibly attentive throughout our stay and when our return flight got cancelled she went out of her way to help us which was kind.

This property is outstanding. The pictures are excellent but the reality is even better - the views are breathtaking and throughout our stay I had to pinch myself that we were actually there and had it all to ourselves. So tastefully decorated and furnished - left wanting for nothing. Maria was fantastic. She struck the perfect balance of ensuring she kept in touch every day or so but also leaving you alone so that you felt very private. Convenient for everything - super base. I would say a car is essential - especially in the heat but nothing more than a 5 min drive - through beautiful scenery. We will definitely be back - this place is a true gem.

Nothing bothers me more to like - the villa is incredible.

We were so grateful to be able to book this villa for a week after being let down on a villa we had previously booked for our holiday. The hosts were extremely accommodating when we called last minute (on the day of arrival in Greece) they said we could use the pool & drop our luggage - we just needed to give the maids a couple of hours to prepare the villa for us…….we felt very blessed in the situation we were in! The hosts also gave us detailed instructions on how to reach the villa and provided us with groceries upon our arrival. The villa itself is breathtaking- the views overlook lassi & lixouri & the outside area is very spacious. The infinity pool is large enough to swim lengths and has an added bonus of a jacuzzi section which we enjoyed. The Vila itself is equally as impressive with 3 large double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also had a dressing room. The kitchen was of a very high standard with every appliance you could wish for. The front room was very comfortable with a large tv. The whole villa was super clean with beautiful furnishings. The aircon units in every room were very efficient & an absolute god send as it was very hot during our stay. The villa is 5 minutes into both lassi & Argostoli- we hired a car for ease but you could easily get cabs. We have stayed in many Greek villas and this one was by far our favourite! We can’t wait to return & would like to again thank Maria for welcoming us at such short notice, we will be forever grateful x

Stunning views and spotless villa. Bbq facilities were perfect for a sunny evening.

Would have liked the pool to be heated.

Breathtaking view, stunning outside area and very nice and clean. Very easy to get taxis just used what’s app to call them, cannot walk anywhere so taxis are a must.

Sadly one of the air con units didn’t work in the downstairs bedroom. For the entire week it wasn’t working which made it unpleasant to sleep or get ready in as it was too hot.
