The house, the gardens and the swimming pool are gorgeous and very well maintained!! The view from the house and the sunsets are amazing! Vicky welcomed us very graciously and gave us useful tips for restaurants, beaches and places to visit in the area. We had a wonderful time and we would love to come back again!

No issues except a small plumbing problem which was taken care off very quickly.

A modern cottage for a couple with a nice sea view from the hills. Whoever needs privacy during holidays is a good choise.

The cottage was located at the rear of the main builduing with the main facikities described available more for the main building. Located far away from Pylos city a car is an absolute need The cottage was overrated.

Amazing view of Navarino bay. Located very conveniently for many places in the Messinia area. The house is very spacious and well equipped. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) but it could comfortably accommodate 8+

While all bedrooms had air-conditioning, the kitchen/living room area did not, so after 1-2pm it was not very pleasant to spend time in the kitchen/living room area. The internet is not very reliable (to be fair, i am not sure if this an issue with the house or the area in general)

Comfortable arrival, very comfortable villa, well appointed, stunning views. Vicky was ready to address any questions and concerns and the house is a three to five minute drive to the nearest supermarket and to the charming town of Pylos. Fantastic days out to beaches and waterfalls.

Marina checked us in and did her very best to help us. She spoke no English and we spoke no Greek so it wasn't easy for her to resolve the main issue - we had confirmation that we would have a swimming pool and sauna access etc. The owner thought otherwise.

The 'villa-studio' as described in the booking.com app was actually a converted shed/garage and had a big problem with damp. We only realised at 11 pm when we tried to sleep that the bed was also very damp! The had put a desiccator in the wardrobe but it was far too small to resolve such issues. The owner first tried to blame the Marina who had cleaned it - most unfair. She then said we were 'too sensitive' ! after 4 days we left with suitcases full of damp clothes. Further according to Booking.com app confirmation. We had access to a swimming pool and sauna/wellness - the owner denied this. The bed was only 1.50 meter wide; the kitchenette ancient and poorly equipped. Outside furniture - fine to eat at a table, no good for relaxation. The other 4 accommodations booked via booking.com in Greece were brilliant - cheaper and far better facilities. So this was very poor value for money. We will not book with a private owner again - clearly far too risky.

Very spacious for our family of 8 people with breathtaking views. Clean with a well equiped kitchen and high quality linen and toiletries. Our hosts recommended and booked for us an excellent taverna nearby and were constantly available to provide asistance. A big thank you for the gifts of local products they offered to us. Pylos is a beautiful town with lots of places to visit and explore nearby. I highly recommend this place!

Central heating was not working although the guests had tried to fix it before our arrival. We used the air conditioning in the bedrooms but the living room was a bit cold.

We spontaneously had the pleasure of staying in the sea view cottage. Vicky welcomed us to the wonderful place in the warmest and friendliest way possible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need on a vacation. You can tell how much love was put into building it. The whole place is a perfect spot to recharge and escape one’s everyday life. Thank you, Vicky, for your warm hearted and friendly manners. We can’t wait to hopefully return very soon!
