Villa Panorama

Location, views, facilities. Sofia, the owners local contact, was very good. Did I mention the views!

Very little. I did observe that for potentially 14 guests the kitchen was quite small.

Chania Town Stunning Villa in exceptionall location Villa Panorama stunning location and exceptional service We had an amazing stay at Villa Panorama in Sternes, Chania. The views are simply breathtaking — overlooking Souda Bay with the mountains in the distance, it’s the perfect setting to relax and soak up the beauty of Chania in Crete. The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared to make you feel right at home. One of the standout features was the daily cleaning service. The team is absolutely fantastic — always friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Sophia, the manager, is wonderful — she speaks excellent English and is always happy to help arrange anything you might need. Her assistant, Spiridoula, is also incredibly kind and welcoming. As with any place, a few small things came up, but every issue was fixed quickly — usually the same day — with no hassle at all. We honestly can’t recommend Villa Panorama highly enough. It’s a truly special place, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

Nothing to dislike

The Villa and outdoor facilities were excellent The pool and outdoor areas were well cleaned and maintained The management company prior to the holiday were excellent, helpful at all times

Arrival was disappointing. We had arranged through the company to drop off luggage after arrival. We phoned expecting to do this but we’re not accommodated by the service staff. They then phoned at short notice to say we could go to the Villa. We had by then found a restaurant and ordered food. The Villa was serviced once only during our stay. This was very poor in comparison with other villas we have stayed in. We were not given information on this either before or during our stay We were asked by the service team to vacate the Villa early or go to a smaller area. We did not agree to this as it did not meet our needs

The Villa is amazing. It's so well equipped with all tools and facilities. All was new and perfectly functioning and the garden with pool is very beautifull. Position and the view is also amazing.

I can't find even one point that can be improved

The representative Sofia was so helpful. She gave us a most friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her.
