- Exceptional view of turtle island in a private location - Symmetrical layout of rooms and bathrooms - Cleaning staff came every other day; they were both kind and attentive to our needs - Amenities; pool, working washing machine, and amazing patio furniture with plenty of seating. Hanging chairs and daybed were a highlight of property, especially to just sit there and take in the view at any hour of the day!

- Given its exclusive location, it is difficult to get to. It is the last property on a long hill by Marathias Beach. Rent a car or be prepared to pay for taxi’s if you want to go into town - Lack of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) - No sound system outside

Everything! The view was amazing, the villa was stunning and immaculate, the weather was beautiful! It was perfect.

The villa is every bit as good as it looks in the photos, but nothing beats being there in person. Jason accompanied us half-way from the airport, to help us find the place and the best route; the fridge was stocked with food, drinks, fruit; everything was spotless and tidy, huge space. They offered to come and clean daily, or change sheets, which we didn't need for just our 5 day stay, preferring peace and privacy. Sunrises are the best part of the day (amazing views and light!). Truly is a luxury villa experience!

Can't think of anything at all wrong about the villa! Just be prepared for 10 mins driving on a rocky dirt track to get to it - I guess it's the price to pay for being in a remote and quiet part of the island!

The villa is simply amazing - the view is incredible and the it is exactly how it is described and photographed. Jason was so helpful and friendly in the run-up to our stay and put us in contact with a couple of people to help with transport, private chefs and boat trips. Jason even met us on the way so he could show us the location of the villa so we didn't get lost. The location is remote and the gravel track certainly makes the journey quite interesting, it does mean that you can't really walk anywhere from the villa - or certainly not in the height of summer - but I think the location is made clear on the listing and it means you can drive to other areas of Zante and see what the island has to offer. I would not hesitate in recommending this villa - you will have a wonderful stay!
