Villa Anemeli - Luxury pool villa with gorgeous seaview

Eravamo un gruppo di 9 persone in vacanza e la villa era perfetta per noi, ci è piaciuto tutto, camere ampie, comode, bellissimo il salone principale tutto open space con vista mare e sulla piscina privata. Ci è piaciuto molto oltre le nostre aspettative.Ho apprezzato la pulizia infrasettimanale, la disponibilità del proprietario e la posizione, luogo tranquillo e comodo per raggiungere le spiagge. Peccato non aver utilizzato di più la cucina molto comoda , o il barbecue esterno e la piscina solo perché a Creta si mangia bene ovunque e le spiagge sono bellissime.

I recommend this villa to everyone. The owner is very friendly, was always in touch and helped with little things. The villa is very clean, the pool also has very good water, we were there for 7 days and there were no problems. Each room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi works on the first floor, on the others it worked worse, but I think this is a big plus because you want to spend more time with friends. Two large terraces, a grill, a coffee machine, a dishwasher. Towels and a service that changes towels. The villa itself is very beautiful and has a lot of greenery, there is a place for 2 or 3 cars, but there are also many parking spaces around. I think the price and quality are 10/10. The villa is within walking distance of the sea and various restaurants and shops. In general, I recommend it to everyone.

Langt over forventningerne! Billederne kan slet ikke fange hvor smuk villaen og dens omgivelser er. Villaen var så flot og ren da vi ankom, og midt på ugen kom der rengøringspersonale, og Michaelis kom og rengjorde poolen og sørgede for den var i tip top orden midt på ugen også. Værten Michaelis er bare en ægte guttermand! Han er super sød og hjælpsom, og fortalte hvordan og hvorledes tingene i villaen fungerede, og hvor vi kunne finde diverse ting vi måtte have brug for. Han gav os en rundvisning, mens han fortalte og guidede os omkring byen Kissamos. Villaen ligger meget tættere på centrum end man tror, og man kan sagtens gå ned på apoteket eller supermarkedet når man har lyst. Der er flere gode spisesteder i byen, men vi var specielt glade for den restaurant som har et græsk flag helt ud til vandet. Helt fantastisk mad, og super service! Alt i alt vil vi til enhver tid komme tilbage til Villa Anemeli, hvis vi besøger Kreta igen i fremtiden! Vi var virkelig glade for at bo i Villa Anemeli, og igen - Michaelis er en fantastisk vært, som giver en masse gode råd, og hjalp os flere gange så ikke vi ville blive snydt af nogle virksomheder. Vi fulgte hans anbefalinger til strande vi skulle besøge, og hold da op hvor har han bare styr på det! Kissamos er hans by!!!

This is a fabulous house in a great location. Mikalis is an excellent host.

Lovely spacious (there were only 5 of us!) villa with great pool and outside space within walking distance of Kissamos. Kissamos is a good base - slightly off the beaten track but plenty of restaurants and within reasonable distance of beaches and the Samaria gorge. Michalis was very contactable even though he was not in Crete when we werd staying. He responded to any questions very quickly.

I’m sure Michalis will be checking over the property during the winter period. One of the showers was not working when we were there. Keys and locks to the bathrooms and bedrooms should also be checked

The property is well equipped and set up perfectly for a large family holiday. Michalis the host is very friendly and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible for the entire group. He collected groceries for us regularly to save us from having to carry the heavier items.

The swimming pool floor cut several people's feet during our water polo games. Nobody was injured whilst swimming or during general use of the pool.

The house has a great view and is within easy walking distance of everything you need in Kissamos. It is very well equipped for guests and has a range of comfortable seating and relaxing areas both inside and out. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. We were pleasantly surprised to have a cleaner visit to service the house mid week.

The only minor fault was the Wi-Fi was a bit weaker than we are used to and did not reach the upper floors.
