The location was away from the city centre which we liked (only 10mins by taxi). Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The facilities were very clean and the staff were amazing and could not do more for you. Breakfast brought to you everyday!! Breath taking views from the villa, with an unobscured view of the sunset. We felt very safe and one of the best holidays we have ever had. Will definitely return!!

We visited out of season so some facilities weren't open. Would have been nice, but not essential to have had a bar at the villa as we had some days in. We did have a mini bar in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay at Thermes. The setting was truly spectacular - even more beautiful than the photos on the website. From your private pool, you get a panoramic view of the caldera and the rest of Santorini. It's in a quiet town, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas of the island. In addition to a wonderful setting, our villa was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Finally, the staff was incredible - so warm and helpful. They met our every need and even advised us on what to see in Athens. I HIGHLY recommend Thermes. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was very courteous, one of the best hospitality I’ve experienced so far in a resort property.

A few terms and conditions about the payment which required you to carry the particular card that was used for the booking. Also if a travel agent books for you they want legal documents to confirm that it is a legitimate company.

This is the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my entire life. Breathtaking view. From the first moment we arrived, Kiki came to receive us from the car in the parking lot. As we entered, Yoro brought us fruit and champagne and took care of everything we needed and many times more. It was simply outstanding hospitality. The best hosts we have ever had. A huge and pampering aura!!! Jacuzzi, pool, 4 bathrooms and shower, very comfortable beds. Full of spaces that allowed space for children to play hide and seek even. We didn't want to come home from such a vacation. Thank you!!!! warmly recommended. We will definitely be back. Nathalie Jacobson Ben-Kiki

The pool was to cold in the middle october

The view is astonishing. The swimming pool is nice and played the central place of attraction for kids). The welcome food with sparkling vine was also very pleasant. Staff was unbelievably helpful. Every small demand was satisfied. They organised all transfers for us and late leaving with SPA access. We went 2 times to the nice restaurant-taverna Raki nearby, recommended by reception staff. There was no Nutella at the hotel, but they bought it especially for our son’s breakfast. We were difficult clients, but services were just perfect.

The facilities need renovation in some areas. Villas are close to each other and you hear everything is going on at your neighbour‘s. Especially at the swimming pool area. There is no restaurant and this place is a bit far from everything. You have to go 10-15 min to the nearest village to find a restaurant. The air conditioning box outside produce noise at night as it is placed near the window of main parental bedrum, wich are unfortunately not on the sea side with a view, but on the side of entrance. You can’t enjoy fresh night air cos you have to close window at night.

The view was amazing and the hotel was very nice! We loved every single thing.

I didn’t like the big bathroom! It didn’t look that it was cleaned before we got there! There was dirt and wet towels still in there.
