Vista Mare Villas Heated Pool

The villa was quite new, well decorated and equipped and has a beautiful pool and full seaview. Our hostess Maria was very helpfull and nice and her customer service was suberb. The villa is located about 1 kilometer from a small village, where is some restaurants and shops.

The only minus side is that in our villa the only dining table was outside in the terrace. This did not bother us at all since it was warm weather during our stay, but maybe in cooler temperatures it might be nicer to dine inside.

The place was so clean and beautiful. The pool was private and so fun to swim in. I loved this Villa! Very close to a grocery store and it had all the amenities.

The location isn’t necessarily central to most of the tourist sights.

Amazing villas with nice pool and good location between Chania and Rethymno. The villas are practically new and have all the amenities you’d need. Special thanks to our host - Maria - she was amazing and very helpful in finding new places to visit around Chania.

There is a nearby tavern (Ktima & taverna Alkioni) which dabbles as a nightclub blasting music all night long (until 5AM) and occasionally fires fireworks at 1AM. If peace and quiet is your priority then probably look for a property away from this awful tavern. How is that even legal in a European country is beyond me. Look up the tavern reviews on gMaps to see their crappy responses to people complaining about the noise. We couldn’t get a good night sleep for 5 days because of them. I would suggest to the villa’s owner to start legal proceedings against them, all of the hotels around it are also complaining about the noise.

The place is wonderful. The hosts are very kind! We recommend 100%.

The location was incredible, the photos don't even do the view justice, our host was lovely. Maria went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable - with great recommendations for food and activities.

Modern and clean villa. Short drive to the beach and lake. We appreciated that the property and pool was cleaned during our stay. Even more that new sheets and towels were also provided, which was a nice touch.

I booked the villa as it mentioned heated pool, however it wasn’t exactly heated as it worked on outdoor temperature, the kids found it too cold to swim in so this was disappointing for us. luckily we found the sea Warmer.

Maria is a super nice human being. Everything went very easy and smooth without any complications. Also she would always help out if it's needed. She's very considerate and helpful. Thumbs up!
