My elderly mother and I had a most wonderful stay at Diva Santorini Luxury Villa. Dimos the villa manager got in touch with us beforehand so we could communicate with each other. He arranged an airport pick-up for us and checked what we would like for breakfast as he stocked the villa with breakfast items for our stay which was a wonderful bonus (our favourite were the oranges with Greek yoghurt - amazing!). He met us where the taxi dropped us off and helped us with our luggage up the hill. Pyrgos like everywhere in Santorini has steps and hills everywhere so not for those in wheelchairs, but my 80 year old mum and my 50 year old arthritic knees managed just fine - it was just a 5 minute downhill walk to the square where there were some wonderful restaurants - Dimos recommended Septum for live Greek music, Brusco and Kantouni - all of which were wonderful, with delicious food. We had planned to be in Pyrgos for the Easter celebrations - if you can visit at this time then do it - we were right in the middle of all the festivities and let me just say it was an experience of a lifetime that we will both cherish forever. The villa was impeccably clean, exactly like the photos, very comfortable (the beds were sooo comfy!), the views to die for, we would have liked it to be a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed the terrace more, but we appreciated seeing Santorini in the quieter months without so many tourists. We had originally planned to stay in Fira, to be more central, but we would recommend Pyrgos to anyone, we found a great private driver service (Santorini's Best Driver) and booked a bus tour and boat trip, both of which picked us up from the square, so getting around wasn't a problem, and it was worth it for the beautiful views, beautiful village, and delicious food without so many of the tourists, and probably better prices as well. The villa was a perfect pick in Pyrgos and we would recommend it to anyone, it was such a treat to stay there <3

Nothing, it was perfect! Dimos was so caring, he called us when we had rain and popped round during the Easter fire festivities to check we were OK, we felt we were in safe hands <3

The view from the villa was spectacular! Our host was exceptional, he welcomed us on arrival and stocked the villa with plenty of breakfast and beverage options for our family. The villa itself is a beautifully renovated traditional home with plenty of space for our family of 5. The bus stop was a quick walk through the village (5min). Our host arranged pickup from the ferry terminal on arrival and transportation to the airport at checkout. I would highly recommend a stay here while visiting Santorini.

The view from the property is exceptional and neighbourhood is the pure essence of medieval Greece with the narrow alleys, cave houses and blue domes churches with bell. Our host Dimos being very helpful and thoughtful about our convenience and comfort. I will come back to the Villa again. Special Thanks to Dimos.

The conveyance to other places and Fira is bit difficult by local transport so have to take taxi.
