Excellent location overlooking the port. Walk out of the villa and all the restaurants, shops and bars are right there. Very spacious accommodation with everything you need. Great communication from owner. I would highly recommend and will definitely return again.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

It is amazing! The view is spectacular. Direct sunrise view. Direct view to the port. Direct view to the most iconic church in Skopelos. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a summer vacation and has all the facilities for a normal living. The access to the villa is so easy. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The villa met all our expectations. All the best restaurant, coffees, brunch places and bars are located on less than 5 minute walking distance.

That we must get up early for the most beautiful sunrises. Just kidding. Everything was perfect.

Perfect mix of comfort and convenience, with wonderful traditional touches as well. View from the balconies - amazing. And best of all were the wonderful hosts, Pandelis and his wife, who went out of their way to make you feel at home and ready to explore the beautiful island.

What an absolutely stunning property. Consisting of three floors, with two large balconies on the second and top floors with stunning views of the harbour and out to sea. And get up early one morning if you can, the sunrise view from the top floor balcony was spectacular. The host, Pandelis, met us from our boat transfer and showed us to the property, he was super friendly and left us with his mobile number in case we should need anything. As it happened we didn’t but it was thoughtful of him to let us know he could arrange car hire or provide information if we needed it. As he himself said, he’s there for you but doesn’t want to be intrusive which is perfect. The property is super spacious, especially as we were just two, and absolutely spotlessly clean and I’m a clean freak! My J-cloths stayed firmly in my case! The property felt like a traditional Greek house with all the mod cons. It’s situated at the far end of the Old Town next to a chapel and church, so picturesque. Everything is within easy reach and walking distance whilst also managing to be in an ideal quiet spot. The kitchen on the ground floor was well equipped with everything you’d find in any kitchen although we only used it for preparing breakfast and cups of tea. The host had very thoughtfully left us some welcome groceries which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The accommodation was cleaned half way through our stay with clean towels and the bed re-made with clean sheets. It’s not often you go on holiday and can say your accommodation is more spacious than your own home but this was and definitely as clean if not cleaner. We’d stayed in Skopelos before in a 5-star hotel but this property and stay even exceeded that. And yes, you could say, as some others have, that the bathroom was in the small side but this is traditional in Greek accommodation and no issue with us. We had an amazing stay at this property and hope to return again soon.

There was nothing not to like.

Everything about the villa was beautiful. We stayed in it many years ago but the owner has continued the villa improve in terms of furnishings and comfort.. It has been decorated with great style and the whole ambience is relaxing and comfortable. The two terraces are a huge bonus. It is near everything and yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We only used the kitchen for making tea in the morning and perhaps toast but it was well equipped if you wanted to cook meals. The owner gave us his mobile number so we knew that we could call on him for help if necessary.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The villa is equipped with every convenience. Pendelis and his wife are excellent hosts and available to provide all help and services. The views are magnificent and everything is close at hand.The internet is brilliant.

Everything was perfect

The situation was perfect, with a spectacular view over the harbour, close to shops and restaurants but far enough away to not be noisy

The location is perfect as you are close to restaurants, bus stop, but far enough so that the daily and night life noise does not bother you.

This 3 storey house with 2 large roof terrraces has such an amazing view over the port and sea you don't want to leave the house. The owners are beyond friendly and the service was more than expected. We have been welcomed with breakfast suplies and in our 7 night stay there was cleaning and new towels twice. The decor is traditional Greek and we thougt it was charming. It was super clean! The location is absolutely perfect. Next to the church and a small pebblestone beach to swim. At the other side around the corner all bars, restaurants, shops and beatifull small streets to wander through. The owners made us fall in love with the house, Skopelos and them. As my daughter said: Mom these people you want to put in a box and when you have a bad day you can open the box and they will cheer you up. Our boys liked Pandelis his jokes and sincere attention. We've traveled a lot but these owners where the nicest ones we ever met. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

If I have to search for anything: the mattresses were a bit firm. It didn't bother us and everything around it made it perfect.
