Villa Antonis

Perfect villa. Well equipped with everything you need, and a very generous welcome pack of groceries is supplied. Could sit for hours on the balcony, watching the comings and goings in the harbour. Comfortable bed and good shower. Fantastic location, 8/10 restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk. Gianni's taxi boat service to take you to different beaches is one minute away, and you can walk to two beaches within ten minutes in either direction. There are also a series of ladders to swim from dotted around the harbour - top tip, the best ones are at either end of the harbour arms. Excellent communication from hosts

Beautifully tastefully furnished and wonderful situation near the harbour and tavernas. Sea view balcony was great Washing machine was very useful.

It was all lovely. The only minor thing was that the single beds were very very firm and a matress topper might help soften them.

The property was gorgeous and in a great location. One street back from the port so you didn’t get all the foot traffic and noise but a minute or 2 walk to get to the port and all the restaurants, shops, and bars. The home has clearly gone through extensive renovations but still maintains the look and feel of a traditional island home. We had no problems with any of the amenities, appliances, etc. and the host’s dad owned the super market right around the corner and was available to help us with basically anything at any time by calling or just showing up at the market. They provided an array of snacks, coffees, teas, fresh fruit and wine in the fridge, as well as some water so you don’t have to immediately go looking for groceries.

The shower drains a little slow but wasn’t clogged so it still drained. That doesn’t seem to be a maintenance flaw as I’ve seen that happen in multiple showers with rectangular drains all over Greece.

We spent 3 days as a family at Villa Antonis in Chalki, and our experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that characterized the place. The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One of the major highlights of Villa Antonis is the stunning panoramic view of the island's harbor. Every morning, we woke up to the sight of the sea and boats, which filled us with peace and joy. The location of the villa is ideal, just a few minutes from the center of the island, where we found lovely taverns and shops. Chalki is a destination that combines tranquility and natural beauty with authentic Greek hospitality. The owner of Villa Antonis was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided us with useful information about the island and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, our experience at Villa Antonis exceeded every expectation, and we will definitely return. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a destination for relaxation and family fun.
