The villa was in a beautiful situation; not far from town but very quiet. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the swimming pool.

Not much to dislike - a few more mugs would have been useful!

The villa was outstanding. a lot larger than expected and very well equipped.The garden was stunning and the pool fabulous.It aws easy to find and although just off the road very quiet.

Beautiful location- close to villages and beaches and just 45 minutes drive from Airport. Large house with large gardens and pool- very comfortable beds and spacious kitchen. Perfect for families and groups of 4 - 6 people

Location and facilities were spot on. The flexibility around my Family staying in two parts Week-1 and Week-2 , with a change of sheets and towels was much appreciated .. thankyou

Nothing we didn’t like 😀… maybe the main door lock needs looking at?.. the mechanism got a bit stuck from time to time ?

Spacious, especially the outdoor facilities. The pool was wonderful, the outdoor kitchen extremely convenient. Well equipped house, plenty of room for a family.

The shower in the main bathroom wasn't working.

Great location and you can tell the owners really care about their guests. I would suggest they get a new management company their follows their values. Kitchen fully equipped.

The management company let the owners and us as guests down. At the start of the trip we discovered there is only aircon in three of the bedrooms not the whole villa as suggested. This has been set on a timer meaning we could not use the aircon when we wished to. We messaged the management twice and rang them. They told us someone would come to sort out but they never did. On the first day of the holiday we noticed the tiles around the pool were stained yellow. Over the week our light coloured swim wear became stained and our pool floats which we left in the pool also turned yellow. At first we thought this would sun or wash out. Which we tried and on the last day I did a wash which I hadn’t intended to do while on a break away from the usual chores. Once it was clear this would not come out we contacted the management who were dismissive and then directly told me it was our fault. I know it wasn’t our suncream as we used this while wearing all our clothes including white and light items to no transfer. All our bedding and towels were also not effected. Plus we saw on the first day of the holiday the tiles were stained. This is due to management not up keeping the pool. They told us someone came in daily to clean the pool which we know did not happen. Disappointed to think rather than helping guests they think they can lie and fob us off. Please be careful with your swimwear in the pool and only use darker swim wear. I in no way hold the owners responsible to this as it’s the management’s responsibly to over see. We had hoped they would let further guests know or clean the pool but they do not care to do so.

Great location, the house is near the street, but it doesn't feel like it at all. Great view from the balcony. the pool is clean, you can see the mountains from the pool. The house is large and clean, there is an outdoor kitchen, it is convenient when staying with a larger company. Perfectly working air conditioners in the bedrooms. A nice walk to Pollensa. By car few minutes. Everthing was as we expected :)

Second time we have stayed here the Location is out of this world, close to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca where you will find some lovely restaurants and fantastic markets.
