"No hot tub, old and expensive"

« Hot tub » villa???? We arrived and it feels like nothing was ready. We couldn’t use the hot tub during our stay as it was not cleaned and very cold (never been started). The house is getting old, it was not cleaned. We contacted the owner to get some answers, nothing has been done. Very expensive for no reason
